to the 2012 Shasta Mastery Retreat
This retreat is for the adventurer of
Spirit! We will be spending much time in nature, nurturing
our bodies and souls in the beauty aournd us and enjoying
the mountain, rivers, and springs sharing sublime energies
together as a family or "pod" as the dolphins do.
Tuesday,

- Welcome & Gather in Cottage

- Dinner in town at Lily's Restaurant - Included in retreat

- Gathering and Orientation - getting to know our "pod"
Wednesday,
September 19:
9am
- Gathering - Meditation
9:30am - Leave for Panther Meadows on the mountain and the
Whale Initiation with the trees - hours at the sacred spring
(bring lunch)
2:30pm - Head to Stewart Mineral Springs - optional baths
OR time on your own
6pm - Dinner (self paid or cook on your own ...I have reservations
at a great local restaurant if you wish to join us.)
7:30pm - Gathering (group sharing and guided by Spirit)
Thursday,

- Gathering - Meditation
9:45am
- Leave for pristine, emerald rivers (bring lunch)
2:30pm - Head to Stewart Mineral Springs - optional baths
OR time on your own
6pm - Dinner (self paid or cook on your own ... I have reservations
at a great local restaurant if you wish to join us.)
7:30pm - Gathering (group sharing and guided by Spirit)
Friday,
September 21:

- Gathering - meditation and/or movement
9:45am - Leave for waterfall of Lemurian Spring (bring lunch)
2:30pm - Head to Stewart Mineral Springs - optional baths
OR time on your own
6pm - Dinner (self paid or cook on your own ... everyone can
choose where they wish to eat)
7:30pm - Gathering - Channeling by Trish
Saturday,
September 22:
9am
- Gathering - meditation and/or movement and group guidance
for the day
***This special day is open for the magic ... no set schedule!
We will listen to the group guidance and follow Spirit knowing
that magical, mystical experiences await us! We will be open
to individual guidance as well so each can follow their heart
to their soul's calling for the day.
6pm

What
to bring:
The
weather is usually beautifuly warm Indian Summer weather,
but it can be unpredictable. Bring warm clothes just in case
it gets chilly.
Recommended
to bring:
shorts, t-shirts, flip-flops, tennis shoes (or hiking boots,)
jeans or long pants, sweaters or sweatshirts, jacket, sundresses,
flashlight, umbrella, cold case for lunch, day pack, container
for water, beach towel and/or situpon, The Springs provides
towels for the baths if you go there for the baths (about
$25 per bath), but if you wish to swim elsewhere, you will
need a beach towel (can use to sit on it at sacred sites as
well.) If you have a car, you might want to bring a beach
chair to sit on at the sacred sites.
